Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manufacturer outreach:
Establish and maintain communication with manufacturers to gather product data. Develop and strengthen relationships with manufacturer representatives to ensure timely and accurate data acquisition. Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturers regarding data-related queries and issues. Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure data compliance with company standards. Coordinate regular meetings and check-ins with manufacturers to discuss data requirements and updates.
  • ETL from manufacturer data files or PIM into master PIM Environment (data acquisition)
  • Brand-specific reporting/dashboarding to guide forward-thinking tasks
  • Product photography as required (training to be provided)
  • Establishes relationships between data partners and manufacturers
  • Establishes relationships between manufacturer’s data teams and Bartleamp; Gibson
  • Normalizes data via Excel/Filemaker/Python for prepping files to inject into master PIM
  • Supports ambassadors/training on Optimizely admin console
  • Uploads customer product lists to website occasionally
  • Website release testing and debugging
  • Maintain a professional image in all customer and vendor engagements
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment

  • Attention to detail; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Proficient in using a personal computer, data entry terminal, and other common office equipment and software
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to change
  • Work effectively both independently and with other members of the team
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
  • College diploma in Business or Management Information Systems or equivalent education and/or experience required
  • Extensive Microsoft experience (Excel, PowerBI)
  • Experience working in customer or business relationships
  • Knowledge of general scripting languages and programs (Python, SQL) an asset
  • Understanding of relational databases an asset
