Job Description

The ideal candidate will need to handle multiple inbound/outbound phone calls simultaneously, be courteous over the phone and able to multi-task. Must have basic computer skills and great customer service skills.Responsibilities include:

  • Answer phones
  • Assist customers in setting up service repair for their appliances, check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls.
  • Greet customers entering the building
  • Other related duties as necessary
Qualifications for this position:
  • Exceptional organizational skills are essential
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team as needed
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast paced / high volume work environment
  • Must be proficient with computers
This position will start as part time with the possibility of moving to full time during. Salary to be negotiated.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: $15.00-$16.00 per hourBenefits:
