We have an average tenure of 8 years for Inside Sales Representatives and 16 years for our management team. You will have all the support and expertise you need to be successful. This role is primarily virtual with ability to also work in the office. If the successful candidate chooses to work from home, they would be required to have a suitable work at home situation and be able to work virtually with equipment. You will be required to go into the office for in person training for the first week. You may be asked to work from the office, at times.JOB SUMMARY:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound calling to both active and inactive customers to obtain a sale and/or growing program membership. The associate will generate revenue for Quill.com through soliciting sales, customer retention and memberships through directed and planned sales campaigns. Associates will leverage gathered information, previous history, specific offers and the value of shopping with Quill.com to meet and exceed sales targets. Collecting marketing intelligence and customer data is required while consistently representing Quill.com in a positive and professional manner.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for daily outbound calls to lapsed customers who have not placed orders with Quill in 4+ months
  • Leverage verbal offers, customer offers through e-mail & Quill.com to capture an order and convert customer to an active state
  • Sell and qualify customers into membership programs when appropriate
  • Route leads and opportunities to fellow sales team members based on sales qualifiers
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM at all times, including activity logs and pipeline.
  • Seek ways to constantly improve, absorb and apply manager and peer led coaching.
  • Make a highly positive impact on culture and team - work well others, share learnings, build trust and lead by example.
  • Work closely with sales specialists and support partners to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies.
Qualifications :BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ years’ experience in a sales environment
