Job Description

Installed Sales - AdministratorHigh LevelWithin Installed Sales the Administrator in a crucial component in the success of the business. Working in partnership with their Salespeople they perform logistical duties in arranging jobs, appointment oversight, product locating and ordering, key interface with clients and installers, database oversight and cleanup, as well as the day-to-day office work. This fast-paced, flexible, detail-oriented work is what keeps the department running.Tasks

  • Entering and then Qualifying Leads into CRM
  • Updating CRM files, always noting CRM files
  • Keeping the customer informed
  • Arranging scheduling of jobs (product ordering, delivery, customer awareness)
  • Maintaining schedules for both jobs and supporting the bookings system
  • Acting as point of contact on behalf of Salespeople
  • Be the communication hub between other stores, vendors, MOC, DC etc. when needed
  • Building productive and supportive relationships with Installers
  • Staying on top of OPEN files
  • Working in partnership with assigned Salespeople to enable us all to be successful, be their advocate for success
  • Preparing paperwork for payments
  • Answering phone calls, messages. Answering emails, messages.
  • Working and updating Deficiencies regularly
  • Arranging G/C and apply customer service adjustments where and when appropriate
  • Being aware of weekly marketing promotions (assist when needed)
  • Customer advocates
  • Be flexible, in a world of renovations expect the unexpected and help do what is necessary to enable success
  • Have a pulse on the business, leverage both CRM and Power BI
  • Pay Installers
  • Doing credits/refunds and being accountable for inventory management (system related inventory integrity/shrink)

  • Empathy & Patience (renovations can invasive and rarely go perfectly)
