We are currently looking to fill 3 Planning Coordinator positions.Note: These are temporary positions, with an expected end date of December 30, 2022Accountabilities:As part of the Work Management Resource Allocation team, the Planning Coordinator establishes a connection between Regionals Planners and the Work Management Specialist to ensure all projects are clear to perform safely and efficiently by obtaining permission from different agencies across Nova Scotia. You will be responsible for confirming that all permits, locates, joint use forms, easements, and other requirements for the work to be completed are valid and available to the crews before they are scheduled. You will be responsible to track and monitor tasks and inquiries associated with customer service requests and communicate regularly with customers on the phone and/or electronically. You will also provide support to internal customers as required and complete other administrative tasks to support the business objectives of the Work Management Resource Allocation team, T & D Team, Customer Care Team and provide support to Regional Planners with quoting and inquiries.Key responsibilities will include:
