This role is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting fintech company that blends both traditional brokerage operations and cutting-edge technology.The Senior Manager, Risk Management Brokerage is responsible for overseeing the organization’s risk management function, providing strategic direction, and ensuring adequate oversite and tools are in place to monitor client positions and compliance with the Canadian regulatory requirements..This role involves developing and implementing risk frameworks for a mid-sized discount broker including policies, standards, and procedures to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.The role also serves as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing responses to audits, examinations, and compliance reviews.Additionally, the incumbent will drive research, development, and implementation of innovative processes, technologies, and operational models to enhance risk management capabilities across the organization.Key Responsibilities
