Position ScopeThe Learningamp; Development Project Specialist will work within the Learningamp; Development team to support the design, development, and delivery of internal and external training for the CMiC product suite, company tools, and professional development programs. This role combines Instructional Design and Development with Project Management, ensuring that training initiatives are effectively scoped, planned, and executed, particularly for projects involving external vendors.Key focus areas for this role include designing and developing training materials, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a hands-on approach, incorporating aspects of Instructional Design, E-Learning Development, Graphic Design, and Content Creation, while also overseeing the logistics and execution of training projects.
