These are some of the reasons we are known as an employer of choice.The Terminal Operator has the responsibility to execute all operational and administration procedures concerning receipt, storage, transfer and shipping of petroleum products at the terminal, as per plans and according to established regulations, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the terminal. Operations will be performed according to Valero Safety and Health Policies and guided by Valero Life-Saving Rules. Terminal operator will engage in scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, personnel health and safety, and protection of assets and the environment.Responsibilities

• Execute all operational steps required for the receipt, transfer and shipping of in-transit petroleum product.
• Ensure that operations are safely performed.
• Visually inspecting terminal and pipeline equipment to insure integrity.
• Ensure that safety and environmental protection rules are respected.
• Complete equipment maintenance according to schedule to promote terminal equipment reliability.
• Office work including generating reports, recordkeeping.

QualificationsRequirements:

• College Degree in mechanical technology or any other equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in an industrial setting.
• Computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work alone and as a team member.
• Good communication skills.
