Successfully execute and deliver programs and projects to enable key strategic initiatives. This role develops and aligns pursuit content for global transitions. The Transitions Program Coordinator ensures proper coordination and documentation of activity around effective transitions. Monitors and drives project communication and activity progress. Supports process development, program improvement and quality initiatives for global transitionsJob DescriptionCollaborate to execute platform projects within Cushman & Wakefields Global Occupier Services enterprise. Implement key strategic initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes of the Global Transitions Platform.Platform resource management:Collect and organize centrally best practices, workstream information and project collaterals to ensure expedient access to knowledge.Initiative to develop, implement, maintain, operate and exhort future tools, processes to keep advancing the platforms technical abilities.Manage Transitions business development activitiesDevelop with fast turnaround RFP / bid materials, in collaboration with leads & coordinatorsTrack and monitor for accuracy and updates of business development dataManage program operationsAdopt agile best practices to ensure customer satisfaction as part of global program delivery.Collaborate with workstreams to track and manage, disciplined delivery of action items.Consolidate global workstream reporting through platform systems and traditional reports while ensuring accuracyTrack and manage transition budget established in ProForma.Execute program operations including schedule development, global liaison, data consolidation and platform system management with high level of initiatives.Identify program risks, provide mitigating solutions and manage escalations.Manage abstracts of contracts to feed into program plansDevelop project closeout materials and provide administration support to ensure proper hand-off to account teams at completion.Maintain and file complete and accurate project documentation, service and compilation reports.Coordinate post transition activities including close out, knowledge documentation and submission of reportsSupport organizational change management activities to ensure achievement of customer objectives
