Job Description

GoVeriified Secure Solutions is an innovative, industry- focused security firm offering security services, water mitigation and home automation solutions. We are looking for a new ambitious and energetic member to join our team and manage our Security Guard Division and Traffic Controller Division. We provide our services to construction sites in High-rise, low-rise & commercial development projects through the GTA.If you have super hero qualities and believe you can increase sales, provide scheduling and outstanding customer service please apply.Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to and ensure all incidents are addressed promptly and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Under general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Scheduler position is a key role responsible for providing scheduling oversight to all our workforce in the Greater Toronto area.
  • Manage all scheduling requirements with appropriate staff and ensure staff are properly signed in for their assigned shift through our time and attendance software.· Forecast scheduling vacancies and high overtime issues to optimize employee deployment.· Coordinate with recruitment and work with human resources and management to ensure proper site staffing levels.· Generate reports regarding upcoming site requirements; current displaced staff; and approved vacation times.· Reconcile hours worked on all sites and prepare them Payroll and Billing in ensuring proper hours are paid and billed for.
  • Responsible for the supervision and performance management of Security Guards and Traffic Controllers.
  • Manage Security/ Traffic team with scheduling.
  • Hiring Security & Traffic based on clients requirements.
  • Manage Security/ Traffic team to proceed task safely and efficiently.
  • Being a floater for security & traffic position if needed
  • Enforce safety procedures and protocols.
  • Assist management with projects as needed.
  • Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently
  • Security: 3 years (required)
  • Supervisory: 1 year (required)
  • Traffic Control Licence
  • Security Guard Licence
  • CPR Certificate
  • Worker Health & Safety Awareness Certificate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Security Guard & Traffic Controller experience min.3 years
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work day, evening and weekends
  • Must be comfortable walking, standing & patrolling
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Good English skills
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Good team player
  • Driver License
