ASD Wonder Centre is a team of professionals with a great love and passion for supporting families and children. We have centres located in Maple Ridge and in Port Coquitlam, and we are hoping to hire another team member to work directly with autistic children in the role of a Behaviour Interventionist. This will start as an hourly part-time position working between 9:00-12:00 Monday-Friday, but can quickly grow to a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00. This is for our Maple Ridge location. This position allows you to be creative, active and play an important role in a young childs development.A Behaviour Interventionist will:- Have a valid Drivers license and must own a reliable vehicle- Have experience working with and/or caring for small children- Be in good physical health to be able to lift at least 50 pound child and sit on the floor.- Provide a clear criminal record check- Have a least two references vouching for your reliability and professionalism- Have a joyful, sparkly personality (this is a must)- Be able to commit to the position for at least a year.We provide training and support for the right candidate.
