Job Description

Our Property Management Team is looking for a part-time, long-term bookkeeper/office admin assistant to start immediately. As a core member of our team, commitment and dedication to our company goals and team members success is essential.This position will be on average 25-40 hours per month on a contractual basis. Work can be done remotely with some required but flexible in-office hours (not negotiable).The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, Email and PDF programs, and have hands-on experience working with online CRM software programs. You must have a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices, admin duties, and familiar with online banking/reconciliation. Accuracy and a high-attention to detail is key as you will be responsible for managing the monthly transactions through our software program such as rent payments, owner payouts, invoicing, bank reconciliations, reviewing documents for accuracy, calculation of payments to the CRA for our out of country clients, vendor payments and other miscellaneous admin duties as needed.If you are seeking a long-term, flexible position working with a great team, please send your resume and cover letter describing your relevant experience and a little about yourself, and include your availability for work in and out of office.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 25-40 per weekSalary: $27.00-$30.00 per hourSchedule:
