Job Description

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma: additional computer training and/or certification
  • Experience with MS Office, QuickBooks, and data programs
  • Locating files for team members, filing, invoicing
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation and attention to detail
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and be part of a team
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents
  • Check source documents for accuracy
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents and update
