Job Description

The role of Fulfilment Associate is to master all execution processes of the Fulfilment Division, contribute to its daily pursuit of further excellence, and cooperate flexibly with decisions and directives made by Fulfilment Leadership. This requires someone who thrives in a highly cooperative, interdisciplinary, and dynamic yet highly structured environment. The Fulfilment Associate is efficient, organized, flexible, computer literate, and a good communicator, and loves working with a team, making work positive, and taking responsibility for their own outcomes.This is a full-time entry level position starting at $19.00/hour.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute Fulfilment Division Shipping and Stock procedures;
  • Execute Fulfilment Division Sanitization procedures;
  • Properly use all Fulfilment Division equipment and supplies;
  • Maintaining precise standards, process, and consistency on multiple repeated set tasks, such as:
    • label placement
    • label and order data matching
    • data entry and task logging
  • Model and support cooperative positive engagement with all team members within both the Division and the wider Company.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a relatable role, in a fast-paced educational or workplace environment or both is an asset;
  • Efficient learning and proficiency with tech platforms;
  • A professional, courteous and mature demeanor;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and present a flexible and adaptable approach to work assignments;
  • Being highly organized with exceptional time management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work takes place inside for extended periods, including inside enclosed sanitized space;
  • Work requires standardized sanitary clothing requirements and practices.
Physical Requirements
  • Physically demanding work including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs;
  • Repetitive work in a production environment;
  • Work with pallet jack or dolly loads.
