Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our community at Townhall Pubic House in Maple Ridge!Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing leadership and development for the team
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
  • Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
  • Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
  • Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability
Working Conditions:
  • Hours and shifts may vary
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

REQUIREMENTS
  • Serving It Right Certification
  • 2+ years experience in hospitality management including overseeing a dining operation, building relationships with guests, and balancing seating capacity
  • Completion of JRG Food & Beverage testing
  • Understanding and promotion of the JRG Mission Statement, Philosophy, and Service Standards
