Job Description

Honda Brand Specialists for a high volume brand, you must be self-motivated, high energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record in retail sales and provide excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Our Honda Brand Specialists is responsible for offering a customer focused approach to vehicle sales by performing the following duties:

  • Greeting customers on the sales floor in a friendly and timely manner, performing a vehicle needs analysis.
  • Making effective follow up appointments and phone calls to our customer data base.
  • Explaining features and demonstrate operation of vehicles.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • Work with Sales Managers to negotiate trade appraisals.
  • Knowledge of current new and pre owned inventory.
  • Completing all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
  • Personally delivering and familiarizing the customer with their new purchase.
  • Attending/completing required training and department meetings as required.
  • Keeping abreast of competitor products and the overall automotive market in Canada.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service (CXI) from beginning to the end of the sales process and beyond.Education and Experience:
  • Previous sales and customer service experience a asset.
  • Second language an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Drivers license in good standing and clean drivers abstract required.
  • VSA license in good standing.
