ABOUT YOUAs our Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the administrative and accounting function of our team. You will handle daily tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, managing invoices, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Engage with Clients: Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing timely and effective communication to support client and team needs.
  • Support Financial Processes: Manage essential accounting tasks including depositing cheques, processing accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain Supplies and Inventory: Oversee office supply orders and inventory management to maintain a well-stocked, efficient work environment.
  • Streamline Incoming Deliveries: Coordinate the processing of incoming mail and packages to ensure all delivers are handled accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate Travel and Events: Arrange travel logistics and assist with the coordination of trade shows, conferences, and ensuring the seamless execution of employee support.
  • Oversee Facility Maintenance: Manage building upkeep, coordinating with trades and maintenance teams to maintain a safe and functional workspace.
  • Enhance Team Operations: Perform general office tasks as needed to support the team, contributing to an organized, productive, and positive workplace environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative, office management, or executive support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and a strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient work style with a demonstrated ability to work independently, speak up, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
  • Outgoing and high-energy presence with excellent communication skills and confidence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities and maintaining office operations efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor and presentability for effectively interacting with clients, customers, and team members.

  • Prior experience in a technological company or related industry.
