Job Description

Coast Therapy is home to an integrated team of medical, sport and wellness practitioners. We are a team of collaborative professionals dedicated to optimizing function and quality of life for our patients who entrust us with their care.Are you energetic, friendly, polite, professional, and motivated Then we are eager to have you join our MOA / Office Assistant team at our Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows Coast Therapy locations.You will be the first point of contact for patients and guests, which means you are responsible for ensuring they all enjoy an exceptional experience whether they enter the facility in person or contact us via phone/email. Coast Therapy will be open six (6) days a week, so preference will be given to those able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. What youll be doing:

  • Greeting patients and guests in a welcoming and professional manner, while maintaining strong relationships and confidentiality that promote trust and client satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining an exceptional working knowledge of the programs and services offered at Coast Therapy. Ensuring information is accurate and consistently communicated to clients, prospective clients and staff to support business growth
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the reception area, treatment rooms and surrounding common areas
  • Consistent application of existing policies and procedures including the enforcement of our established rules and behavioral expectations of patients and members
  • Scheduling, booking and taking payments for all patients. Accuracy and attention to detail are very important
  • Answering and making phone calls, returning emails and taking care of client or visitor requests and inquiries
  • Responding to our online booking requests with accuracy and promptness
  • Performing on-going, shift-specific duties (administrative and other)
Experience and Qualifications:
  • MOA certificate of achievement, or equivalent in-clinic experience
experience using janeapp system is preferred
  • Conscientious and professional, with respect for detail and a desire to consistently do a great job. Must be pro-active and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer experience, including Microsoft office
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced, and dynamic environment
