Do you have a passion for all things Real EstateBe creative, think smart, love Real Estate, sound goodYou will fit right in with our busy well established Real Estate team!We are seeking a FULL TIME administrative assistant/client care coordinator for our busy office.Monday - Friday 9-5Along with being in charge of the real estate administration and marketing, the successful candidate will also handle the rent collection and management of our rental properties along with some accounts payable duties.QUALITIES WE ARE SEEKING:- Fast learner- Ability to multi task- Detailed orientated- Organized- Ability to meet deadlines- Creative positive attitudeJOB DETAILS:- Preparing and handling real estate paperwork- Day to day office tasks- Preparing marketing materials- Property Management: monthly collection of rents and banking- Accounts payable (SAGE)YOU MUST HAVE:- Reliable vehicle- Ability to learn new programs- 1+ years administrative experienceIf you have real estate, property management and/or accounting experience this is a BONUS!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $25.00-$30.00 per hourSchedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
