Rough Carpenter - FramingResponsibilities:

Mostly Insurance Restoration.
Fabricate, construct, and repair structural woodwork and wood products by following blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions; using carpentry tools and equipment.
Produce carpentry products and services by following standards and procedures.
Making necessary adjustments.
Determine material requirements and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated by studying blueprints, sketches, or building plans.
Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Prepare layout by following carpentry procedures
Construct, repair, and install structures or fixtures by marking cutting and assembly lines on materials.
Shaping materials to measurements.
Assembling and fastening cut and shaped materials.
Using carpenters hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
Ensure construction quality by verifying the trueness of the structure with a plumb bob, carpenters level, and other measurements.
Comply with federal, provincial, and local building codes by adhering to requirements.
Advising management on needed actions.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Conserve carpentry resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Ensures operation of carpentry equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
