  • Enters Sales Orders into Simply Accounting.
  • Picks Customer Orders as per Sales Order documentation.
  • Attaches customized labels to each product for specific customers.
  • Packs the product carefully into the correctly sized boxes.
  • Creates Sales Invoices and ensures their accuracy.
  • Prepares documentation for couriers.
  • Receives products into the warehouse and accurately matches products to paperwork.
  • Checks the quality of each product, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Stocks shelves and reorganizes inventory, as necessary.
  • Conducts Inventory checks.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

Your positive attitude will help us further develop the strong relationships that we have with the clients we serve.
  • Ability to lift 50 Lbs
  • Quality telephone communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Completion of grade 12
  • Basic computer skills, Familiarity with MS Word and MS Excel
The following skills are an asset, but not necessary:
  • Familiarity with the Equestrian community
  • Experience with Simply Accounting software
  • 1-year minimum related experience in shipping, preferred.
