  • To establish and maintain positive daily communication and
interaction with families, providing quality child care, excellentservice to families and building meaningful relationships
  • To ensure all safety and supervision standards are implemented
and maintained according to licensing and YMCA requiremets
  • To implement YMCA A Place to Connect curriculum with the
support of your leader
  • To plan and implement an engaging and developmentally

  • To ensure that children are released only to those on the authorized pick up list and that people
you do not know or recognize present proper identification as per YMCA and Licensingrequirements

Qualifications
  • Responsible Adult certification, equivalent child related training or a willingness to obtain
training (at least 20 hours of training)
  • Current Child Care First Aid
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Three professional references
  • Current immunization record and TB testing compliance
  • The successful candidate will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Record
