Are you ready to join usWhat we need:We are looking for a personable individual with a strong documentation focus to provide support to the Capital Planning team primarily for their Process Improvement and Documentation Standards initiative. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to; electronic file and folder organization, document template creation and management, and assistance updating our building floor plans. Experience with drawings, AutoCAD or other architectural or design software would be an asset but are not a requirement. Capital Planning is currently working on some very exciting projects that the candidate would be assisting with including the design and construction of an Interventional Radiology suite, new Breast Health Centre, and a state-of-the-art Hybrid Operating Room. The successful candidate will work well both independently and in a team environment, and bring creativity to the role.Work Schedule:The successful candidate will work Monday – Friday days for 7 weeks.
