Further information is available at www.bgis.comSUMMARYThe Administrative Assistant II provides coordination and support in the areas of the Purchase Order process, report generating, research, timeline/attendance reporting and Human Resource Administration issues.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out the day-to-day execution of clerical duties to ensure BGIS s provided with administrative support
  • Manage the Purchase Order process
  • Generate reports as required and perform preliminary analysis using Oracle, Maximo or HRMS
  • Conduct research as required (financial supplier inquiries, operational issues, etc.)
  • Act as a first level contact for supplier inquiries
  • Provide administrative support for a office site/department
  • Maintain client satisfaction and positive relations with BGIS external contacts
  • Other related general administrative duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school educationJOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: More than one year up to three yearsKnowledge & Skills
  • Requires one (1) to three (3) years of administrative experience
  • Bilingual French & English required
  • HVAC knowledge / experience is considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
