It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term.We are seeking a student that is driven to succeed in a very fast paced technical and client focused environment. Your role will be to act as an SRE (Service Reliability Engineering) Client Coordinator, working very closely with the technical delivery team to ensure timely responses to client problem tickets. The coordinator will be responsible for reviewing all incoming Salesforce Cases (client issues) and assigning them to technical individuals within the TRIRIGA/Maximo SRE Client support team. The coordinator will also be responsible for creation and maintenance of documented support processes and procedures.Candidates should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, team player, and able to work under minimal supervision. Candidates also need to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, must be able to collaborate and apply communication skills, all fundamental skills that will have a direct impact on the SRE team success.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
