You will utilize your sound knowledge in clinical dietetics to meet patient/family needs while delivering the highest standard of evidence-based care. Your excellent clinical leadership skills will assist you in working with both the interprofessional and Clinical Dietitian teams. You will utilize your excellent knowledge of best-practices in nutrition care to provide acute nutrition assessment, treatment, coordination of nutrition care services to bridge your patient’s transition from hospital to home and effectively contribute to quality improvement.What you bring to the role:
