We are currently looking to fill the position of: Customer Service - Cupcake Counter. This will be one shift per week, flexible days, 9am-6pm.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:-Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service-Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times-Oversee all incoming orders, making sure all details are taken care of-Ensure orders are prepared promptly and ready to go on time-Confidently take walk-in customer orders and answer questions-Decorate cupcakes, and prepare orders of multiple products (pre-orders, walk-ins & UberEats orders)-Provide customers with Order Desk information when needed-Be familiar with all products in order to provide accurate responses to customer questions-Understand the importance of keeping the Front of House clean at all times-Bake cupcakes & cookies-Scoop batter for following day’s production-Answer phone calls-Ensure an adequate supply of boxes is available at all times-Use the p.o.s. system and handle cash-Ensure FOH is left clean and tidy at close of shift-Do FOH dishes-Sweep and wash shop floor at end of shift-Monitor and clean bathroomPotential candidates will have the following skills/experience:-Customer service experience-Attention to detail-Works well under pressure-Able to multitask-Cleanliness-Good organizational skills-Good communication skills-Works well as part of a team-Must be available evenings & weekends-Culinary education and/or decorating experience is an assetJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:
