Responsibilities include verifying PCI Express design using latest UVM standard and develop comprehensive test plan to ensure coverage closure. The qualified candidate will oversee a team of 10+ engineers and will be accountable for the pre-silicon verification.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Accountable for the overall verification of PCI Express IP.Work with architects and management to define and build a scalable verification strategy and execution plans.Directly manage and develop a medium size verification team of 10+ engineers located across multiple sites.Collaborate with architects and designer to understand IP features.Lead and track verification planning, implementation and executionReview metrics and deliver task with high quality.Analyze Functional, Code, and Test Plan CoverageDrive and participating in Code Reviews.Identify, drive and develop efficiency and IP quality improvement initiatives.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for Functional bugs found in Silicon.Drive projects from start to the finish and conduct Design verification sign-offPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:10+ years of overall design verification experience in the ASIC industry with 3+ years in a design verification lead or management role.Strong background in the development of verification environments in System Verilog.Expertise in constrained random verification methodologies.
