The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you will be an employee of an entity within the newly created Kenvue Consumer Health company and your employment will be governed by that company’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.The individual selected for this role will join our growing digital team and support OMNI and Last Mile Media activations as well as driving eCommerce sales through our national media activations across Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and more.Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the internal point of contact and subject matter expertise for of all things retailer media during execution across key customers such as Walmart, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Instacart, Costco, Uber/Cornershop, and more
  • Support in campaign briefings
  • Lead status meetings and follow ups with agency, customer teams and retailer partners
  • Coordination of SKU lists, keyword lists, creatives, targeting plans, etc- working with sales and brand teams to collect inputs for campaigns
  • Provide input into creative best practices to drive conversion
  • Own Creative repository- own process for collecting and sharing assets
  • Lead Reporting dashboard reviews and monthly learnings shareouts
  • Support Post Report reviews, feedback and follow-ups
  • Lead the build of Cross-retailer capabilities, performance and benchmarks
  • Support new and existing shoppable capabilities
  • Onboarding of vendors, briefing brands, setting KPIs, and working with digital team on measurement, creative, and execution of new shoppable media capabilities
  • Lead Quarterly shoppable audits and share-outs in partnership with media agency
  • Co-lead 2023 approach and view to consolidate national media driving to retailer and retailer media investments in one master view, consulting with CU, J3, Brands to identify opportunities or areas for pivots
  • Identify and assess eCommerce media test and learns on an ongoing basis, whether with retail partners or as shoppable partnerships on national media
  • Share learnings and best practices with brand and customer teams on a quarterly basis of what has been tested and what is recommended to scale
  • Complete competitive reviews to understand what others are doing in this space that we may want to test and learn from
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Experience in digital under at least one key area:
  • ECommerce: (Site content, promotions, pricing, purchase platforms, fulfillment)
  • Owned media (websites, email, organic social, crm, apps)
  • Paid media (search, DVC, display)
  • Understanding of measurement, KPIs, benchmarks, and data analysis
Transferable:
  • Project management
  • People management (agency partners, retailers, brand teams, sales team)
  • Detail oriented - attention to detail on plans and timelines
