Be ready to navigate the complex relationships that make the business world run and find the actionable insights that result in great business decisions.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM Cloud Support is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Support Business Analyst with a passion for problem solving and finance. This role will report to the Program Director for Cloud Support Go To Market and Digital Transformation. Working closely with the Support Business Growth Leader, this job will entail working on the end to end support billing process, revenue planning and monthly close activities.This position is located in Markham, ON or Ottawa, ON.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • High level mastery of Microsoft Excel; Advanced ability using Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience with financial and data analysis is an asset
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Effective communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with accounting principles
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with web analytics and data computing
  • Basic coding knowledge is an asset
  • Experience analyzing financial data to develop business insights
  • Basic business development knowledge (monthly recurring revenue, deals, forecasts, actuals)
