Job Description

Full Time and Part Time position available.Weekday and weekend shifts. Latest shift ends at 7pm or 8pm.Salary based on experience and relevant skill.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Real Estate correspondences and documents using WebForms
  • Uploading and updating listings on MLS
  • Preparing documents for Preconstruction projects
  • Taking Inbound/Outbound Calls
  • Greeting walk in clients
  • Clerical support to agents and staff
  • Preparing and hosting Sales Event
  • Maintaining company and agents’ websites
  • Creating marketing materials ie printed postcards, e-posters, email blast, feature sheets, signs, etc
  • Managing social media accounts on a daily basis ie Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, WeChat, etc
  • Creating and editing videos, etc.
  • Planning and hosting Sales Events
Qualifications:
  • College or University graduate
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Basic CANTONESE preferred, written Chinese would be an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of Real Estate marketing experience in Canada(Ontario), preferably in the Preconstruction field
  • Minimum 1 year of solid Real Estate Admin experience in Canada(Ontario)
  • Familiar with TREB and Webforms, Google Suite, BrokerBay, Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent worker and team player
  • Very self-motivated, with the ability to handle a fast-paced office environment
  • Working knowledge in Graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail, G-Suite, Google Ad, Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat, etc.
  • Basic website management knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of video production/editing
  • Email blast knowledge using MailChimp and Get Response
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 24-32 per weekSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
