If you excel in collaboration, embrace change, and drive innovation, Enercare has an exciting role for you.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications, you will build relationships with managers across Canada to develop engaging content across a variety of channels and audiences (internal and external), plan and deliver employee recognition events and conferences, and develop and evaluate communication strategies that align with our strategic direction.This individual will be a team-player that possess exceptional interpersonal communication, writing skills and project management experience. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are important qualities that we’re looking for too!Responsibilities:

  • Support internal communications planning and execution, including but not limited to newsletters, videos, video content, scripts, and surveys
  • Contribute to the planning and development of communication strategies and tactics that effectively communicate the company strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and tactics for continuous improvement
  • Support corporate events and conferences
  • Work with various units to deliver high-quality internal communications materials, including online articles, special announcements, and key messages
  • Support corporate events and conferences
  • Support company-wide Employee Recognition and Employer Brand initiatives
  • Special assignments as required
Qualifications:
  • College / University degree or diploma in Communications, English or Journalism or related discipline with 3+ years of experience in a communication setting
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to write for a variety of audiences across multiple communication channels
  • Project and event management skills: able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-orientated with excellent organization, project, and time management skills
  • Experience managing third party vendors
  • Ability to learn new technology and platforms quickly
  • Experience working in a deadline sensitive environment
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of SharePoint online
  • Social media content creation experience (LinkedIn)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
