If you are passionate about joining an organization committed to delivering 5 Star Customer Service, we would love to hear from you.Role: Manager – Strategic Sales InitiativesStatus: Regular, Full TimeDepartment: SalesDivision: Enercare Home and Commercial ServicesLocation: Birchmount (Markham)This role will be primarily responsible for evaluating, developing and creation of detailed action plans to support execution of new Strategic Sales Initiatives in the Residential Sales Channel. This creative thinker will be detail oriented with the capacity to land complex projects, challenges, opportunities and change to the broader sales organization successfully. The role reports to the VP of Residential sales directly.Accountabilities:

  • Support and plan for company-wide projects as they relate to sales strategy initiatives
  • Develop initiatives and programs to grow with new products, processes or approaches
  • Quarterback major projects such as software implementations, review of reward and recognition platforms, customer satisfaction, compensation models, spiff models or other concepts to advance sales effectiveness in any way
  • Ability to effectively review contracts, statements of work and related costs and budgets
  • Skilled at review of internal budgets and cost tracking vs plan and results
  • Skilled at review of internal corporate targets and ability to create easy to understand SMART goals for use by the Services business including supporting both short and long term forecasting models
  • Ability to create strong relationships working with internal departments such as finance, HR, accounting and others as required
  • Responsible for, development of slides and construct, estimates, communication, interim status reports, closure, payment, and results objection handling for incentives
  • Responsible for data gathering, updating and accurate, timely reporting of results for the annual EEAA Criteria used in establishing annual trip and award winners for all eligible employees.
  • Oversee the build of business generation programs to drive sales behaviors related to all product offerings such as HVAC, Google, Smarter Home, Self-Generation, NNRWH, Advantage, Water Treatment, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to motivate and focus staff to meet or exceed targets
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Sound base of technical and computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
  • Proven performance in a sales capacity
  • Knowledge of the HVAC/Water industry and or direct consumer sales
  • Excellent knowledge of the company policies and procedures
  • Capable of working under pressure. Meeting deadlines, productivity and financial targets
  • Managing Business Generation Specialist
  • Involved in the end to end creative process of developing viable, affordable and timely Promotions for enhancing business generation in the Field.
