Job Description

Subsidiary: Miller Paving LimitedWhat Does an Office/Fleet Clerk DoReporting directly to the Equipment Group Administrator, the Office Clerk supports operations by ensuring that all MTO protocols regarding equipment insurance and licensing are adhered to.As an Office/Fleet Clerk, You Will:

  • Process renewal stickers for vehicles, change of ownerships, replacement plates etc.
  • Handle licensing issues proactively and deal with ad hoc issues as they come up
  • Maintain and reconcile monthly licensing billing
  • Track and maintain equipment disposal forms for end of service process
  • Process annual policy renewals for all vehicles and heavy equipment
  • Input all licensing info and updates into the database, including following up on any discrepancies
  • Administer Parking Tickets, CVOR certificates, etc. Reconcile and provide monthly reports
  • Organize buyout documents, requests safeties and facilitate transfer of Licensing Permits
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
What Youll Bring:
  • A post-secondary college diploma with 1+ years’ office experience in a fast-paced business setting is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow up
  • Advanced organizational skills and the flexibility to meet evolving needs
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with various operations groups
