Job Description

This is an on-site position that requires the person to work in the office.Weekdays and weekends, latest shifts end at 7pm or 8pm.May lead to Full time.Experience in Real Estate Marketing or Admin preferred(specialized in Preconstruction projects)!Salary based on work experience. Please indicate your expected salary range.Conversational Cantonese is required to serve our clients at various events.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, greet clients, provide service to agents and clients.
  • Prepare Real Estate documents.
  • Run Errands: pick up/drop off of documents and keys, etc as required
  • Create digital and printed marketing material including eposters, printed postcard, signs, brochure, etc.
  • Manage social media channels on a daily basis: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok, WeChat(Chinese), etc.
  • Bring in creative ideas to gain followers for our brokerage channels.
  • Promote, plan and host Sales Events.
  • Create email blast with GetResponse, Mailchimp.
  • Manage company websites, update with new projects and information.
  • Generate more leads with paid platform ie Google Ad, Facebook Ad, Instagram, etc.
  • Improve SEO.
  • Create and Edit Photos and Video.
  • Manage YouTube channels to attract more subscribers.
Qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelors degree in related fields.
  • Working knowledge of Real Estate system ie MLS, BrokerBay, Transaction Desk, Authentisign, Webform, Lonewolf, etc.
  • Marketing Experience in Real Estate brokerage.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skill.
  • Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and punctual.
  • Passionate and creative with new ideas on marketing materials.
  • Strong Ad writing skills and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital platforms
  • Portfolio of previous work ie marketing materials, posters, Eblast, social media business accounts managed, etc.
  • Proficient in using design software i.e. Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing Software(Canva does not count).
Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 24-30 per weekSalary: $16.00-$20.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
