Job Description

The Golden Circle Marketing Inc. is now looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Program and grow into the Sales Managers position within next 6-9 months. This is an entry level role, previous experience is an asset however strong Student Mentality and desire to develop/master Leadership Skills is required.Being a Promotional Marketing & Advertising company, we have successfully recommended ourselves to one of the largest Telecommunications Provider in Canada and to the Energy Efficiency giant running the North American market, and were recently approached by our new Solar client. We are looking for hard-working and determined individuals whom we can develop into management to help us lead growing sales teams and market the expanding territories.In order to succeed in this role, the selected individuals will be required to meet weekly sales targets to master a skill of a SALE.The Sales Assistant will be trained to:

  • Increase and maintain marketability of client brands through supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Close sales of our clients’ products and services in person/ face to face/ over a phone call with a customer while effectively applying learned sales & marketing techniques.
  • Create a unique customer experience at in-field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
  • Stay in contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them on new products, services, and enhancements available to them.
  • Collect and maintain sales records required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Participate in a recruitment process, train new associates, conduct teach-backs and mentor brand new team members
Requirements:
  • Self-discipline, independent nature & effective time management.
  • Educational background in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is an asset.
  • Valid Drivers License & personal vehicle is an asset.
  • Open FULL-TIME availability.
  • Must be able to commute to our Markham office at 240 Riviera Drive.
