The VP, Clinical Programs & CNE will be accountable for operational oversight of the following clinical program groupings: emergency, medicine, surgery, childbirth and children’s midwifery, child development services, mental health, pharmacy, quality and safety and interprofessional practice. The VP & CNE will provide collaborative oversight for the clinical services and master plan execution as it relates to clinical programs.The successful candidate will possess an RN and Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, in addition to at least ten years of experience in a senior leadership clinical operational role in a complex health care system.
