Job Description

Shercom Industries turns scrap tires into amazing...And we are looking for help, in the form of reliable 1A drivers.We are an award winning company that participates in the growing sustainable economy in Saskatchewan. As a fully integrated recycler, processor and manufacturer of tire-derived rubber products, we offer state-of-the-art playground & recreational rubber-paved surfaces, home & garden solutions (ie. mulch and patio tiles) plus durable light-industrial products.Successful Candidates will perform the following duties:

  • Short haul driving within Saskatchewan
  • Experience operating an end-dump trailer is an assett
  • Experience in one of the following is an asset: Payloader, Excavator or Rock Truck
  • Other tasks assigned by management and/or leadership
Safety, quality and production policies and procedures must be followed and carried out on a daily basis.If you apply we expect you to possess:Valid Class 1A Drivers License andAccess to transportation to and from workExperience operating the equipmentlisted aboveAvailability to work a variety of shiftsFluency in EnglishA strong work ethicEmphasis on safety and qualityCritical thinking skills and theConfidence to creatively problem solveExperience in a safety-consciousindustrial or manufacturingenvironment is required**We are a safety sensitive work environment.
