Shop Forman / Team Leader PositionWe are a Fast pace exterior construction company located in Martensville Saskatchewan looking for a mature reliable individual to maintain order, duties, and production in our shop. Willing to work full time hours, Monday to Friday, 8am start to 430pm finish.Please read full job posting prior to applying. Our office can be reached at 306-381-3925Details:You will be required to work closely with your team to get our shop products and fabricated items, prepared and sent to the project sites, on time for installations. You will work at preparing metal flashings and claddings that are required for the sites, in advance of the project start dates. You will be required to structure your weeks, and plan your days, to stay on track effectively and efficiently for our project schedule. You will work with our team, our courier, as well as other couriers to ensure all pickups and deliveries are organized properly. You will oversee scheduled maintenance on our equipment, you will be responsible for order and good housekeeping in our shop, and you will help guide anyone working on your direct team, in the proper direction. You will be responsible for ordering any shop products, or materials, that may be required and keeping a proper inventory of a select amount of goods. Most months OT is not required, but in the event that we are experiencing a high amount of shop duties, we will need you to be able to use your judgement on the additional hours that are required. If you can never work before 8am, after 430pm, or on a weekend, for any certain reason, please disclose that during the interview process.Requirements:

• Must be punctual.

• Must have good communication skills.

• Must have an insurable valid class 5 license.

• Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to, and from work.

• Must have good Hygiene and personal care.

• Must be able to work 40-hour weeks without any matters that will hinder your attendance.

• Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

• Must work well with others and be a team player.

• Must be able to operate and use most common apps on a mobile device.

• Must be able to operate and use a computer for PDF’s, word files, Excel files and most importantly emails.

• Must be courteous and polite when dealing with our customers, suppliers, staff, and installation crews.

• Must be mechanically inclined. We do not expect you to rebuild an engine, but we will need you to be able to have basic mechanical and equipment skills.

• Must be comfortable hooking up and pulling a trailer, for the times you are needed in the field.

Wage starting at $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, with room to grow within the company. Wage may be negotiated with someone with extensive experience, who requires far less training and attention, in the initial stages of the position.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $25.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits:
