Holland Power Services is looking for a reliable, full-time, IT and Software Support Specialistin our Maugerville office reporting to our VP of Administration.This position requires a candidate who can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about new software tools and processes that will support our growing organization. The responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities requiring rapid shifts in priorities.Responsibilities:

• Specialized support of our JONAS software system
• Setup (move, add, change) computer hardware, software, printers, PDA’s, and scanners
• Working with external support providers, maintain computer systems and network devices
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Evaluating, assessing and implementing new software and hardware solutions
• Training of staff members on company software

Requirements: · Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail in a fast paced, team-based environment as well as independently· Experience in an Office 365 environment· Understanding of Cyber Security protocols and standards· Ability to quickly learn new technologies· Working knowledge of JONAS Enterprise Management Software or other job control software systemsSalary to commensurate with experienceThank you for your interest and while we appreciate all applications, only those chosen for further review will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
