Job SummaryClintar is hiringSnow Supervisors to oversee field operations, ensuring timely quality service. Responsibilities
  • Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations
  • Assign equipment, conduct training in snow customer relations, and safety
  • Maintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage timesheets
  • Able to run snow crews from loaders to sidewalks
  • Plan and conduct ongoing crew training
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance
  • Occasionally contributes hands-on during tight deadlines
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in commercial snow required
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
  • Expertise in heavy equipment operation
  • Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondence
  • Capable of solving customer service challenges, interpreting various instructions, and performing calculations related to areas, percentages, and volumes
  • Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliability and the ability to respond to emergencies or work during irregular hours, such as nights and weekends, may be required.
