Job Description

We currently have an admin/recruiter position opening available at our NEW Medicine Hat location. Join our team and help put a million people to work annually!Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential applicants
  • On-board and train new applicants
  • Maintain and Drive in new business by phone and in person
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work alone and independently
  • Previous experience in customer service, recruiting or other related fields
  • Solid phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of general business, office terminology and computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
  • Passion for sales and service
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
