Description:Assistant SupervisorAgeCare Valleyview, Medicine Hat Alberta$15.00-$17.00Essential Functions

  • supervising front-line employees in all departments.
  • will be fully trained in all departments to assist where needed.
  • ensure all staff are wearing proper uniforms and PPE.
  • must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors and co-workers.
  • must have excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
  • must be flexible & adapt easily to changes in schedule, work assignments & environment. Must be willing and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • computer skills like Word, Office, Power Point and other program proficiency is required.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
  • Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Requires constant standing/walking
  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
