Job Description

Our reputation has earned us long standing relationships with our clients and our employees.This position is providing technical support and customer service to both internal departments and external customers.Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing remote and on-site technical support for troubleshooting for desktop support
  • Monitor and respond to incoming service requests by phone, email or in-person
  • Configuration, upgrading, installing and repairing IT assets
  • Identifying and recommending solutions to clients
  • PC Hardware, software and peripherals managements and troubleshooting
  • Management of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
  • Establishing and maintain sales and service excellence
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years systems support experience in a hands-on technical role (minimum)
  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Microsoft Certification(s) (Microsoft Azure, 365, Server, and/or Desktops)
  • CompTIA Network * CISCO, CCNA or CCIE, SQL Certification
Competent Abilities to Work With:
  • Microsoft 365, including SharePoint * Cloud services (Azure, Amazon Web Services, other)
  • Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Windows 8.1/10
  • Virtualization Technologies and Wireless LAN would be an asset
  • Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019, SQL Server 2012 (or later)
  • Network Services/Protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, VLAN)
  • Firewall Technologies (Including but not limited to Meraki)
  • Experience with wireless networking
  • Remote Monitoring and Management Software
  • Backup Applications, including monitoring and management of on and off-site backups
  • Desktop Support – Applications/Virus Removal/Mobile Devices, and Office 2013/2016/2019/365
  • Workstations, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, AIO support
