(Sales Representative) RV OutfitterDo you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge ArrKann Trailer & R.V Centre is currently looking for an RV Outfitter to join their Edmonton Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing leads and building rapport with new and potential clients, evaluating customer needs and providing product recommendations, and following up with recent customers to ensure customer satisfaction.The selected candidate must be available on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays but not Sundays!Key Responsibilities:Effectively follow successful sales processes that ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience, including the timely completion of all paperworkActively seek, identify and obtain new prospects in ways that lead to increased salesSuccessfully maintain and enhance ongoing customer relationships through timely follow-up communications that lead to repeat businessAssist customers with insurance arrangements, manufacturer’s warranty, and parts and service detailsContinually learn and apply new sales skills, strategies, and techniquesPreparation of paperwork for all unit deliveriesAbout you:You're lively, outgoing, and enthusiastic by natureYou enjoy meeting new and different people on a day-to-day basisYou're often described as warm, helpful, and friendly and are able to put others at ease and make them feel welcomeYou thrive in a role where you are handling multiple priorities and work at a quick pace to make sure everything goes smoothlyRequirements:High school diplomaEligible for Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC) licensingGoal-oriented and achievement-drivenPrevious experience in a client-facing roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working with computers including MS Office and Social MediaIf this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!
