About the role:Our Seasonal Receptionist & Administrator does just that – they produce high-quality, detailed administrative support ensuring our internal and external customers receive the highest levels of hospitality. Are you an accomodating, diligent, and cooperative team player If you enjoy working with a wide range of people to support the goals of your team and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping!This is a part-time, seasonal position ending at the end of August. Youll work Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, up to 24 hours per week.As the Seasonal Receptionist & Administrator you’ll be responsible for:
  • Efficiently and professionally answering and routing telephone calls
  • Processing customers payment
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a friendly and positive manner
  • Writing, reviewing, and processing internal and external communications as requested, including letters, emails, calendars, and facsimiles
  • Providing administrative support services for the sales staff
