• Provides knowledgeable and timely advice; and provides assistance in utilizing our products, services and omni channels to best meet our members needs.
• Processes daily member transactions in person and over the phone, opens new accounts, and manages a portfolio of members that fosters business development through service excellence and product knowledge
• Is extremely organized and has a very strong attention to detail
