• Team Leadership - manage, motivate and support the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets. Provide regular coaching and training if needed.
• Customer Relationship Management - build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaboration and Communication - Ensure smooth communication between departments to support customer needs and optimize the sales process.
• Sales Strategy Development - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales with at least 1 year is a plus but not required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Ability to work from home
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
• Proficient in zoom
• Must be a resident in Canada
