Job Description

Job ID: 410741Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Metcalfe, near Ottawa. This is a full-time and permanent position.Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support the team in the implementation of marketing, communication, advertising and customer experience strategies. Its objective is to promote Permacon and its activities to ensure its influence on the market.More specifically, the incumbent will in particular:

  • Produce and manage promotional and advertising items such as catalogs, technical documents and price lists for each of the companys segments (Development, Masonry, Retail Market)
  • Ensure the updating, planography and execution of the companys displays and showrooms.
  • Administer the digital content (photo and video) of the company, the management of photographers in each region, the staging of projects, the creation of 3D renderings of new products, the taking of photos of new products in the studio.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams, our external stakeholders and subcontractors.
Requirement and qualifcations
  • University degree in communications, marketing or a relevant discipline;
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 (two) years in a similar position;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
  • Printing knowledge
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad and Sketchup,
  • Good knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint Excellent project management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills; to work under pressure with an eye for detail.
