  • Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience
Degree equivalencyEXPERIENCE
  • Experience in providing general administrative support such as but not limited to coordination, processing incoming document, mail, scanning and copying documentation
  • Experience in providing financial support services such as the collection and recording of monies received, handling petty cash funds, verifying supplier invoices, preparing invoices
  • Experience providing service or processing requests from Internal or External Clients in an office environment
  • Experience in data entry using spreadsheet, word processing or database software

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess a valid motor vehicle driver’s licence
  • Due to service delivery requirements, agreement to work 8:00 to 4:00 daily and the ability to work 5 days/week will be required, as well as travel between primary and secondary Office locations (Tusket and Meteghan, respectfully) within 65 kms.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for training or mandatory meetings
